Decided to order for two people. Made an order and payment online. 30 minutes later and the status was still on prep, then an hour passed by and we still haven’t heard anything. Status was still on prep. Wanted to cancel our order but terms and conditions stated that we couldn’t so had to call the shop and ask where our order was. Person on the phone apologised and said that they were struggling to get the delivery driver and will be another 30 minutes. Another hour went by and we eventually got our food. Appalled by the 2 whole flippin hours of waiting and getting nothing in compensation. Brought this up to the complaints team who said a member of the branch will get in touch within 5 days. Guess what? More than 2 weeks have passed and still haven’t heard anything. Never ordering from this place again. Horrible.
What a shambles of a store Accept order told 15 mins turn up to the store to collect oh we are out of what you ordered now. Ask for a refund and refuse as there a franchised own business So have to wait in store another 30 mins just to get pizzas Avoid at all costs unless you want poor customer service and terrible attitude
Too pricey .. poor food quality. Don’t order near closing time or you will get unpleasant “surprises”. If you complain to the managers they just laugh at you. Later update: still disgusting food, terrible service. Now I know why they don't accept cash!Food: 1/5
Pizza is good but in many occasions I have waited longer than 30 minutes to get my pizza just to be told that it’s been forgotten about
Staff literally argue about who has to serve on the counter, like kids. Ordered cookies, got given garlic bread. Walked back to shop and got it swapped but with barely an apology and no compensation for my return journey
Would had given them more if it wasn't for the wait and how sparse the topping was on one pizza. Great welcome but the member of staff who took our order was unsure what they were doing. We had to wait over a hour for our two pizzas. The one pizza was covered perfectly with good amount of toppings but the other had only a little of each topping and many pieces were cheese only.
Took nearly 2 hours to arrive and after calling to cancel I was told they could not do this and then I was hung up on. Drivers are great but horrendous management and a shocking lack of customer service.
Food was over 15 minutes late and after eating a "gluten free" pizza I had an upset stomach. Also part of the order was missing. 01/09/22 Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza triggered CD symptoms.
We were away for a weekend away 10 people altogether, had been travelling 3 hours and put in a group order online to collect in person - all 10 pizzas were ready within less than 30 mins and the staff were absolutely lovely! So polite - honestly don’t know why there are negative reviews on here because our service was nothing short of amazing. Thank you!!
Staff friendly but last time I went to collect pizzas after told to collect by the app they hadn't started making it.
