Previously bought 2 motors from them. Reece was good in sales but has moved on to manager now and hasn't got time to return calls. Very interested in an electric converted Nissan van/bus with seats etc today. Advertised on there website at £17500 reduced from £21000. However when enquired they stated this was without VAT. False advertising,even admitted it was their website at fault. Neil salesman very abrupt and condescending. No mention of doing any sort of deal. Extremely disappointed . Trading standards being informed for false advertising.

I haven't always had good experiences with garages in the past which had put me off purchasing a car from a dealership! I initially went to Bodmin Nissan and they advised that they were too short staffed to help! Considering I was willing to part with my hard earned cash, it was not a good start!  I made an online enquiry about a car at Exeter Nissan and a salesman called Jake called me back promptly to see what car I was looking for. I explained that I was looking for a used black Juke with low milage and coloured wing mirrors. Jake advised that he had what I was looking for and that he could make the wing mirrors what ever colour I wanted!  I asked if they would make them PINK, he agreed! Well that was it, I was like an excited child in a sweet shop! He also offered me a 2 year warranty and 2 years free servicing! The wing mirrors sold it though!  Purchasing the car was so easy! Jake could not have been more helpful, he provided me with a mobile number which I could message/call if I had any questions and everything else was done online! It was smooth, friendly and completely hassle free! He couldn't have been more helpful!  They delivered the car to St Austell in Cornwall, when the car arrived it was completely spotless, it smelt great and had half a tank of petrol in it! Due to being so excited, I forgot that they needed to refund me some money! Jake even messaged me to remind me that they owed me money!  To summarise my experience, it was awesome! I highly recommend Nissan  Exeter! throughout the sale I felt looked after and reassured!  Thank you!

Just bought Nissan number 4 from here. Neil Hough was excellent sorting out my part exchange.  The Nissan Assist cover is amazing. Always find them fair and approachable. Loving my new X Trail

Always helpful and friendly atmosphere. Free car wash on Saturdays for nissan customers. Easy access for disabled.

Excellent service from Jake again, 2nd car I have bought from him.

Nissan Juke booked in today for diagnostics, as it had failed its MOT due to a problem with the lights at a local garage.  Nissan Exeter found no problem or issue with the lights.  They very kindly decided not to charge the £163.00 fee, as everything was working as it should.  I wonder how many other garages would do that?  Thank you so much.
