I needed my car serviced. The Plymouth dealer gave up the dealership. Just as well. Polletts have proved to be really helpful in the last year. Professional, great staff and great advice. Even suggesting where I could get a good breakfast and spend a couple of hours in the dry. It should be noted that they offered to take me to the Exeter city centre. But, I've visited it lots over the years.

Fantastic service! I was particularly impressed to have the manager, conduct a test drive. I was offered a fair part exchange price for my old truck, with no haggling. My new truck was immaculately presented, exactly as described.
Everything about Pollitts is fantastic, they are helpful, care about their customers, knowledgeable and really want the customer to be happy. From the moment we bought our car they have been responsive and caring which has continued with their after sales care. We dealt with Yeovil Ssang Yong previously and the difference is incomparable, they blow them out of the water. Thank you all, but a big thank you to the service team that we dealt with today for our first service, they all go above and beyond and make you feel important to them. What a great company. Had an issue with our Ssangyong whilst on the way to Devon. The service we received from the initial telephone call was fantastic and the repairs being carried out as quickly as possible. We cannot thank you enough and wished we lived closer to you!! Thank you!!
Out of 3 ssangyong dealers in the southwest this is the only place that service them now? Anyway this is the only ssangyong dealership that actually cares about its customers and went above and beyond to try and help me and not like the others, as I've been mucked around by the plymouth branchs no end . I would never get a car from Rogers of plymouth or brixton ssangyong dealers again. Disgusting customer service..brixton cancelled car service then an email report that my car is over due a service when they cancelled it the day before the service and said they haven't got any technicians in ssangyong service centre to service my ssangyong..YEAH WORK THAT OUT.. But the guys and girls at the pollitt centre seem a breed apart from the rest...many thanks to Wesley for all of his help
Just got my Ssanygong Tivoli back after being off the road for three months, It needed major surgery for a rare build quality problem, but thanks to Wesley, because I live in Cornwall , he got two guys to meet me nearer home ,car now brilliant , top. Engineers who understand the mechanics of an engine, can’t thank them enough, car goes like brand new, it was up against the clock to have it back in time for Xmas,Small family business , with great service, would recommend them every time,
I always have my vehicles serviced and MOT'd at Pollitt's and was recently reminded why. They always do their best to find solutions to any problems. Totally reliable, trustworthy and nice to deal with. A truly great local family business.
