My partner had already purchased his car from Hendy Exeter so we already knew about their great customer service. Owen was the salesman that helped us this time and from start to finish was really helpful. We like Hendy because there is no pushy salesmen and all the cars are open for you to have a look at your leisure. 
Once we had seen a car we were interested in, Owen took us through the process explaining everything thoroughly and answering any questions and letting us take our time. 
Both Owen and Georgia that did the handover made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and made sure we understood every step of the process.
Would highly recommend Hendy Exeter to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Bought myself a great used car from this company, a brilliant service from start to finish. Very professional from viewing the car to collecting today. Simon's a great no pressure salesman and nothing was too much trouble. Collecting the car was very easy and Georgia went through all the paperwork and did all the relevant change of ownership online. She went through all the controls on the car and even synced my phone to the Blue tooth. I used to dread buying cars but this experience has been the best yet. First class company with first rate staff. Many Thanks

We had a great experience buying a new car from Hendy Car Store. We were left to look around without any pressure and once we found a car that we wanted to have a look at, Lee Franklyn our salesman, was great and couldn't do enough to help.  He came with us for the test drive and there was no pressure to rush back, he wanted to be sure we were both totally happy. We decided to buy the car and Lee gave us all the information we needed on the vehicle and products available, all again done professionally and with no pressure and with plenty of time to think.  I picked the car up 2 days later after it had been valeted and it looked great. Lee then sat in the car with me, he set up my phone on Bluetooth and showed me how all the gadgets worked and made sure I was totally happy before driving away.  We got a very nice car at a very good price and we would definitely use Hendy again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Owen at Hendy Exeter was extremely helpful and gave us the options clearly and without pressure. Georgia was excellent at the hand over stage. Both did as asked on a number of things and followed up to ensure we were happy. Clearly Hendy are very focused on a good customer journey and we certainly experienced that. In addition, great vehicle, great condition, competitively priced. They have changed my opinion of car dealers! Thank you Owen and Georgia!

I would just like to congratulate Alex and Georgia after receiving great customer experience throughout the purchase of my new car. Alex was very knowledgeable and honest in answering all my questions and never put on any pressure during the whole process, which I found very refreshing. 
I was very impressed with Georgia's handling of all the paperwork with her methodical approach and attention to detail. Georgia's explanation of all the car controls was also most welcome. A pleasant experience from start to finish.
