A very unfortunate experience. A car with faults is one thing (14 months old and several issues you would not expect on a young car) but numerous visits to the service centre to try and get it fixed is unacceptable. After 4 attempts we think the car is fixed and has now been sold back to the garage so beware buying the dodgy blue i10 they will now be desperate to sell. I would not trust this garage to repair my car or especially with my brakes. Having been told no fault found with our vehicle twice we had to dump the car in the forecourt and refuse to take it away and take videos of the issue the garage couldn’t replicate to get them to take us seriously. It was then returned to us with a further fault and a puncture! The car was comfortable easy to park and economical but the four months of hassle with the garage was painful. We have written a cheque today to the finance company for close to £1500 to be rid of the hassle. The best money we have wasted in a long time to end the misery of dealing with Bristol Street Motors. The shame is the guy that sold us the car was great and complete hassle free transaction but rest assured if you have mechanical problems your life will be made a misery by the service centre. Update Thank you for your response. We have been dealing with Darren from the management team and James the service centre manager regarding the issues we have had. On the basis that we got no-where with them during the time we have had these issues we don't hold out much hope now! All we ended up with was the need to write a cheque to sell back a car they struggled to fix which caused us loads of hassle that shouldn't have had these problems at 14 months old in the first place!

The experience of looking for a car and purchasing one was made so much easier than I anticipated.From walking threw the doors at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Exeter to be meet by salesman called Josh,who was Knowledgeable and efficient .I purchased a Hyundai and would certainly recommend people to visit Bristol Street Motors Hyundai if you want a very good service and I felt a non pressure approach to purchasing a car.

Found Exeter Bristol Street Motors a pleasure to deal with. We came to them after visiting several other show rooms and found them so much more welcoming than the others. The test drive was longer and across more varied roads than the other garages. The deal offered was very good and after nearly a month of having the i20 active we are very happy with it and will be for years to come as of course it comes with the bullet proof 5 year warranty.

Absolutely fantastic service, they listened to our needs and helped us to find the perfect car, the salesperson was patient and understanding with us and I never once felt pressured to buy. My wife and I will certainly be back when we next need a car and we will recommend Bristol street motors to all our friends and family.

Excellent service from the moment we walked through the door, extremely helpful and informative no pressure selling whatsoever, really happy and pleasant customer experience would highly recommend.
