I have used Livery Dole for many years and so have my family members thanks to my recommendation. Lovely members of staff, they treat you as a friend not just a customer. They always collect and deliver my car when it's due for service, give me great deals when I change my vehicle and reward me with vouchers when I recommend a friend.

Responded to an AutoTrader ad and after some negotiation over the phone agreed to purchase. Confirmation by email was promised and card details given for a deposit. This was a long distance deal and I immediately booked flight and accommodation to secure price and availability ahead of collection. By the afternoon of the next working day, no confirmation had been received. After chasing I eventually got a call back to say that an error had been made on the price and that Livery Dole were withdrawing from the sale, unless I paid substantially more. Livery Dole refused to do anything to mitigate my disappointment, wasted time and expense, leaving me feeling very much a victim of poor management and communications; a 2nd class customer at a distance. The car wasn't stupidly cheap, just competitive, at least until they baulked. Beware unless you're local.

I have now bought two cars from Livery Dole and had my cars serviced with them. Would highly recommend.
