Recently had to move our service plan to Tracks of Exeter. As usual the team here are excellent; personable, professional, engaging and efficient. They even managed to sort a problem out on the car as parts were in-stock and work was done within an hour of being called to say it was necessary. Well done to you all. We will continue to use you even though the dealership in our area has moved.
Easy to book, ready and waiting for our arrival and then had the car turned around and ready by the agreed time. Kept me informed of progress and confirmed I was happy to proceed. Always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Very happy to recommend the Tracks team.
Excellent Service from tracks of exeter. From my first phone call placing an order for a small part on my car to them ordering it and fitting it. Only a small part was needed which the did very well and very cheap. Also the washed my car before handing it back to me. Would recommend to every one and most certainly go back again. MOT, service and minor damage repair to my car Tracks Suzuki Exeter were most efficient in reminding me of the service interval and MOT and booking me a convenient service date. The courtesy car was clean and ready for use I was impressed that I was emailed the results of the service inspection before I collected the car - so no surprises. The car was washed and valeted to a nigh standard The whole process was most efficient - overall a very good experience - a shame that invoices in these days of rapid inflation have to be so high !
Excellent service at Tracks of Exeter. Car was serviced and returned on time, plus car was washed and cleaned inside. Reception staff were first class and I also had a coffee free of charge from their coffee machine. Well done Tracks! Would recommend Tracks to anyone wanting a good service for their car.
Without exception all of the staff at Tracks were courteous, professional and friendly. My Vitara was serviced well and returned promptly and cleaned inside and out. Well done Tracks.
Had a problem from the DVLA after trading in my Mum's car at Tracks Suzuki. Spoke to Will in Exeter this afternoon after getting the letter today. He has already sorted it out, the same afternoon. Impressive service. It is not that problems arise; it is how they are sorted out. I look forward to dealing with Tracks Suzuki Exeter in the future, after Tracks Suzuki Taunton closed down in Blagdon Hill recently. Thank you Will. Much appreciated.
We are both over 80 and have recently arrived in this district from Gloucestershire so finding our way to your establishment was quite a challenge. Our tom-tom GPS is rather tired but we managed to reach you 2 mins later than planned which was quite lucky. Have you considered a simplified diagrammatic map of your locality ? Your service facility is very customer friendly and our wait was very comfortable. We are pleased with our Vitara which suits our requirements ideally. With thanks Mr and Mrs Tubbs.
I went into Tracks today with a problem with my headlights. I’d been to another Suzuki garage in Weston and I was dismissed as not knowing how to use my headlights. David in Tracks was excellent and listened to the problem. Service was excellent, Less than an hour later my car was fixed and I am delighted. I will be returning for sure.
