My dealings with Renault was the best I have ever experienced, no judgment, no just having brochures shoved at you, and no one telling which car I wanted or didn’t want. Ryan Q, is the perfect sales person, always has a smile, always seems genuinely happy to see you, nothing is to much trouble, in my opinion he would be salesperson of the month, every month. Bought a 23 plate Renault Arkana E-tech Engineered. Ryan, the sales guy was very helpful throughout the process. I got a good p/t exchange for my Clio too. The whole paper work process is automated and Ryan was knowledgeable and not pushy. Overall I recommend Bristol Street Motors
I'm not at all happy with how my MOT and service was done, because we then broke down less than a week later. I then had a really poor experience on the phone trying to get a repair booked in - I was put through to several different departments and nobody seemed to want to take ownership. However, once I did get through to someone helpful, everything went much more smoothly. Mike and Lauren were really helpful and got everything resolved for me.
Multi car showrooms on the Alphington end of Marsh Barton trading estate, selling Dacia, Renault and Nissan vehicles. Parking is limited as seems quite busy after reopening, the greeting was very freindly, social distancing controls are well signed and hand sanitiser was at the entrance. Face coverings were required inside and test drives were available on 14th April. Servce was attentive and honest, we booked two test drives on the day we visited. We bought a vehicle 2 weeks later, was very impressed with the communication, the service from Marc and the thorough handover from showroom manager Dan.
Picked up our third Dacia car yesterday 2nd Duster in a row. Love the cars, love the value. Samantha Dodd on the sales team has been brilliant. She has kept up up to date with progress and went through the process cheerfully and professionally. Can't thank her and the team enough
BSM at Exeter provided an excellent service in a friendly manner. All work was thoroughly explained; I particularly liked the video review that was carried out. The waiting area was also comfortable and free coffee was an added bonus. Thank you.
Purchased a Dacia stepway Bi fuel on the 7/11/22 and took it to a local supermarket yesterday to fill up this was the second time since purchase and the fuel station was rammed so made my way down through the lines of stationary vehicles to the LPG pump as it was not being used and began filling up much to the astonishment and surprise of the other drivers that a brand new car was being filled with LPG and was not a conversion and the cost to fill up was 59 pence per litre We have found the car to be first class along with the customer service at Bristol street motors Renault Exeter
Thank you to Ryan, who seamlessly handled our recent trade in and new purchase of a captur. Great communication all the way through and we are really happy with the new car.
Having decided we needed to 'go electric' I read all the reviews and decided that the Renault Megane e-Tech looked a good option. BSM Renault Exeter were my local dealer so I contacted them. Predictably little hard news from Renault to begin with but when information became available I was contacted by one of the sales executives - Ryan Quin. Ryan couldn't have been more helpful, answering all my questions, arranging finance although in the end I didn't use it, sorting out a test drive and helping getting the best price for my old car. The end result is that we now have one of the first Megane e-Techs in the country and a splendid car it is although don't believe the official range stats!. Ryan has also promised an after sales 'tutorial' for some of the rather complicated electric and information systems! Apart from Ryan who was first rate I found the BSM Renault Exeter staff friendly and helpful.
