Easy to get to, in a quieter newer area of Marsh Barton. Lots of space to park, and quite a good number of vehicles. Everything is new and feels like a good place to go. Disabled parking and accessible entrance.
Second car in a row bought from Vospers Exeter due to the excellent service received. Mike Jones provided exemplary care throughout the whole process and kept me informed every step of the way which gave me confidence if it was needed that I was right to stay with Vospers. Delays due to the global shortage of parts were explained and local area internet issues did not phase Mike who worked tirelessly during the process and this has carried on with the aftercare call to check in that all was well a week following the sale. A happy customer!
I have recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from Vospers. The sales staff, particularly Mike Jones have been extremely helpful and ensured the whole process went smoothly, accommodating our needs when unexpected issues arose. Very professional and friendly service that I would recommend.
Okay, the car was a bit late arriving from originally planned but I think that’s beyond their control. And that’s down to Ford and I don’t think there’s a car manufacturer in the country that is not having difficulty. On the really positive side Lewis, the new car salesman done a great job and let me know what was going on. Not only that when the car did arrive he’s deliver me an absolute beauty of a car. I suggest no disrespect to the other guys in the Lewis is a top salesman who puts no pressure on you. And Dan also did a good job.

Very happy to have taken delivery of my second Fiesta through Vospers Exeter. The whole process from guiding through choosing the car, payment options, communication during order time, then collection with follow up call a couple of days later to check all ok, was expertly conducted by Ryan and Mike, always patient to answer all my questions!

From the very first email enquiry Mike and the team were fantastic. Kept me informed along the way on any delays etc and were a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with the service, thanks guys.
Terrible customer service. They tried fixing the fault Multiple times and each time I was assured it was fixed I Would travel 40+ miles to collect van and it wouldn’t even make it Out the forecourt. Was told the van had been test driven yet the tracker said it hadn’t left the garage and it had only have 0.5 miles added to the odometer. No loss of earnings offered for all the wasted trips to the Garage and was called a lier by on of the services guys as he didn’t believe it was still faulty 20 minuets later it was on its ways back to the garage . Whilst they had the van both drivers and passenger doors got damaged and the roof bars got stolen. Originally was told it didn’t happen whilst it was with them after a few emails to Sean smith it was agreed vospers would pay to put right. Will not be using or buying from Vospers in the future. Van has been returned as not fit for purpose and have purchased a different van from else where
Poor customer service, 3 times my car went in for the same problem to be fixed, twice on driving away the problem reoccurred, the third time Vospers had it for 7 months before it was repaired, saying they were waiting for a part, no updates unless I rang and no courtesy car. I had to buy another car in the end to be able to do my job
