Always a pleasure collecting a customers vehicle from co part, easy to get in an out. Just pre book on the app turn up on time an wait for the vehicle to be brought out to you. Load up an away you go. Heads up for those that dont know. Make sure you have a hi vis vest when attending co part sites.

0 stars if I could, appointment to pick up was at 1, bike was delivered to me by a rude guy at 2.30, who ranted that I should have been waiting outside my van, clearly he had my number plate and should have used his eyes to locate the van can't expect me to wait outside for 1.3 hours. Absolutely Hideous.

Typical copart. Some of these recovery drivers have been waiting for over 4 hours........... I have seen at least five foreign transport trucks, arrive hours later and get loaded up before these guys. Office say they are having some problems but won't say what, hence the delays, but the delays don't seem to affect you if your on your way to eastern Europe!!!!!!!

I was nervous if I’m honest at buying from co part as heard awful reviews. Bought a car the other day on the auction app. Arranged delivery which was dropped off in 2 days. So far a good experience and looking forward to the next purchase.

awful service. i bought a car showing at the pictures full tank fuel so i got a car it’s completely empty and waiting more than 2 hours for pick up a car please please avoid them i never buying car at chester again avoid avoid avoid

Awful service. I really wish my insurance company had not made me deal with this shower . 2 days wasted waiting for my car to be picked up and then delivered back to me . They literally couldn't care less too . Avoid

Really recommend coming here for a day trip. There's a charity box on the front desk I think it was about 50p for a bag of crisps. Amazing amount of cars on display. My personal highlight was the fire damaged section. But a great sight and scary site around every corner. Speak to Helen on the front desk to arrange a guided tour.

Arrived 15:45, loaded and away in 15 minutes, even helped me load, no complaints here, was a pleasure to visit, 10/10,

I have paid fully and the car doesn’t match the pictures in the description so I refused to take the car. Now they are refusing give me my money back or the car. They are a joke ridiculous, rude and unprofessional No customer service I’ll take them to court. Avoid avoid avoid them.

They have very slow loading process i was watching the 3 forklift drivers was mowing the cars inside the yard for next day or maybe for they own transporter around 30 minutes They don't know what is booking means they should scrap booking transport app twice in this place i was waiting more than 1 hour very bad loading management
