I have used e-models a number of times now for various items from paints to actual kits. Everything is packed well and comes to you in excellent condition. They keep you updated with where your order is in the process of getting it delivered to you.nIn all the time I have used them, never had an issue with the folks at e-models.....UPS is another matter. Do not pick them for your delivery. My last package, UPS lost and trying to deal with them, is like trying to get poop out a rocking horse. Immediately e-mailed the folks at e-models about this and their dealing with it has been great. Less than a week after informing them of the UPS issue, I had a phone call from e-models informing me my order had been repacked and sent out not with UPS.nI really can't say enough about how well you get treated with the folks at e-models. You send them an e-mail and you get a reply the same day.nGreat service, great company and great customer service. I will be using these guys again and again.
I wanted to buy an RC model car kit but had need of some advice as well as having several questions about the model that I was interested in. I’d searched around several sellers for advice and for competitive pricing as this was an expensive purchase for me. However, James at eModels stood out by far – he followed up immediately on my query and checked several things out for me. With such great customer service, and competitive pricing, I decided to put in an order. This was not only dealt with straight away but I also received a personal message from James, the manager and also one from Richard who packed up and posted my kit model. The kit arrived in first class condition, being superbly packed, and was exactly as specified. Really very please indeed and can whole-heartedly recommend. This is exactly how to run a business and get repeat customers.
Richard, that guy, went TOTALLY above and beyond to help me. Was patient and understanding even though I was clearly an idiot. Even though others probably have bigger wallets than me he spent a massive amount of time explaining the intricacies of various aspects. I'll get all my stuff from there now, guys a legend. Highly recommended.
Fantastic selection, competitive prices and fantastic customer service!nWhile i do think the website should be clearer on processing times, the service i have received was fantastic. A piece of my model kit arrived broken, and they offered a replacement for the whole kit as they couldn’t get the replacement part promptly - which was very kind of them!nnWould recommend :.
