Situated on Victoria Road in Stoke-on-Trent, this Dunelm Mill a conveniently located. There is lots of car parking spaces available. We popped in on a Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't at all busy. We picked up a few kitchen items and also some yarn from the haberdashery area. An excellent store with a wide range of products.
Great products, but very difficult to find things, everything is spread over the shop, very difficult to navigate, was looking for a clothes airer advertised online for £12. Couldn't find it anywhere, so took the £15 one to the till, asked about the £12one to be told that this is it its been reduced, but nowhere was this reduced price advertised, poor marketing, shame as they have some great stuff, but seriously needs an overhaul..
I would like to give a big thank you to the "can I help you staff" at Wolstanton store today when we called to try to get some extra rolls of wallpaper . They went out of their way to help and called up your Fenton store to see if they had anymore. We then went over to Fenton store where Naseen ? again was so very helpful and ordered the wallpaper we wanted on-line. You have very good staff.
I love this place, I go in to get ideas for my new house, so much choice, good quality, staff always friendly and helpful, clean toilets, I always feel good when I leave and look forward to visiting again
So much variety. We were impressed by the guy on the curtain/blind section who was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of ideas for our new place.
I couldn't find a potato ricer, a very helpful lady went to the warehouse to get one for me, she was so friendly, a great store
Has some lovely bedding and curtains in . Had lots of things for a household . Friendly staff . Some things are quite expensive but you get what you pay for . There is a cafe and toilets. . I do like going to this shop .

NASREEN! I’ve come into this dunelms once before and I did not have a good experience. I needed some wallpaper and thought I’d go again here. Nasreen was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did she help me choose a wallpaper that looks amazing on my walls …. She helped me choose draw handles and cushion covers! She listened to me , had a lovely chat with me and made me feel very welcome. I didn’t hesitate to ask her anything and she made sure I had everything I needed. Her customer service skills were amazing ! She truly is a asset to Fenton dunelms and I can’t wait to come back in again to choose my curtains.
Member of staff offered help with anything upon entering the store .. Stated what we were looking for .. Chose our item & found same Member of Staff .. Totally polite & helpful.. Victoria Road store is fabulous.
