Great deals, gorgeous products and lovely staff. Issues with the payment system nearly made me miss my train, however Jacqui made sure I got my train by taking me to the station due to the issue - absolutely top level of service and I look forward to going back!
Lovely village to visit, very clean.nVisited on a weekday, not overly busy but still quite a few people around.nUpon arrival, Head to the ticket booth even if you have prebooked as they print you a ticket and give you a free map.nJune 2023, price is £18 per adult, which is quite expensive as we only spent 2 hours here and that was exploring it all and having times of sitting. I did expect to be able to go into more buildings.nWould have been great if they had chess pieces out for the board.nStaff at entry were very friendly and welcoming. Didn't really see many staff around the village.nBarely any bins around, I was both pleased and suprised there wasn't any litter.nHas a couple of cafes on site serving food and drink - prices are what you'd expect from an attraction. Purchased an ice cream, this is on the expensive side in comparison to similar purchases - about £8 for 1 scoop in tub and 1 scoop in cone.nWould visit here again as it is such a gorgeous and photogenic place.
Home to one of my favourites. Spode. Good selection, great prices and good savings.nClearly we’ll be back again.
I went to the actual factory and the gift shop. Did you know it takes almost thirty people to make a mug there. All by hand. Very interesting there.
Pleasant enough place for Spode and Portmeirion pots. A few good deals though I think could try harder with some items. Seem to major on candles and air freshening liquids too.nI always like to visit here when in the area and generally buy something !nParking good and accessable shop.
