Went today to buy some 6’ x 6’ fence panels. As a pensioner, asked for some help as they are unwieldy and heavy.  Despite at least 4 staff around the tills not assisting anyone, it was all too difficult for them, so left and went to Milton Garden Products nearby. There, received excellent service, help to load and willing staff. My advice is forget B&Q and support local business who actually care about the customer.

I have to say Julie in tradepoint is the most helpful, happy shop assistant that I have encountered in years. Twice over the past few weeks she’s had to reload my app, she has the patience of a saint. Thankyou, I hope B and Q appreciate you
