Huge shop with lots of different sections!! We got dog food, baking trays, papercraft supplies and an acrylic paint brush from the same shop!!! Loads of nice home bits to look at and it's great for brides to be who are after decorations for their reception! Big car park and easily accessible for my wheelchair.

Love The Range, could spend a fortune in here. Only gripe about the store is that it can regularly, have experienced this on every visit, be difficult to find prices for item. Ideally a couple of price scanning machines mid-store would help solve the problem.

extremely busy place and very hard to park. You take your life in your hands. However the shop is crammed with all sorts of good at competative prices.

Where to start? I went into the store and found a bed that I really liked but was out of stock. I went home and ordered it online. When it arrived it was damaged so after numerous attempts to get a refund they told me to buy another with money I haven't got as I am a student and had to package the broken bed back up. When speaking on the phone they told me I was reliable to package it up myself whether that meant me buying packaging. Anyway, we came to an agreement where I brought the new one and they would refund me, which they did and they also informed me that they would pick up the broken bed. When I phoned up they gave me my refund but I was then told that I had to wait for a phone call for them to come and collect it. I waited for 2 weeks and there was still no phone call so I phoned them back up and they told me that I had to get rid of the bed myself, I explained that this was not part of the deal and after I said I was going to trading standards they said 'we will pick it up no problem, we will phone you' once again I waited and they never phoned me. I phone the other day and they said they'd pick it up Friday (today) so after waiting in all day there was still no sign of them, so I phoned them up and they said they were coming Monday. I have had to rearrange to Tuesday as I can't afford to book anymore time off work to wait for them to collect it after 3-4 weeks of the bed sitting in my living room. Nothing against the store itself but I will NOT be ordering from online again!!
