I am absolutely disgusted with a member of staff in this store. Connie served me and she was absolutely rude. I was trying to return a parcel, which she was immediately annoyed at and when I apologised for not taping it at home as I had no access to any tape she shook her head and sighed rudely at me and gave me evils. I even questioned her, to which she accused me of lying and then she decided to let another staff member serve me who was lovely. Connie is rude and there was no need for her to treat any customers like this. If she didn’t want to do her job then she should not have turned up, instead she decided to ruin my day and many other customers day. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened with Connie, it puts me off returning my parcels at this store. I have been to this particular Asda multiple times and staff members have been very understanding and taped my stuff for me such as Laura who is always lovely and happy. Such a shame they have workers like Connie and they should hire more like Laura.
Handy store with a medium sized carpark and free cash machine, which is always useful. Your able to get most of your shopping here, but obviously not the selection or the deals like that of the Asda Superstore a few miles away. But still ideal for a small shop without going out of your way.
I personally like this shop because how close it is to me but that they have decent prices not too expensive and not cheap but it's a good shop for lots of things if you want to buy. They also have a nice car park and a free ATM machine. You have a option of going to a self check out or to a lane. It's not very crowded but they don't have public toilets. But for me this is a good place to shop at.
A large assortment. Nice staff, great songs. The best store in the area. Clean and no expired products.
Like all the others asda's...access to the main road can be difficult at busy times.
Really great store, staff are amazing and always on hand to help if needed, nothing us ever too much for them. Always restocking shelves, great location, good car park, and handy ATM.
Usual Asda but smaller. They got Kerry gold butter, unlike Tesco
Really expensive compared to Aldi which is only an extra 2 mins walk away. Staff not wearing masks properly having your nose over the mask pretty much makes it redundant and not enforcing the mask rule to customers. I counted 4 people including staff either not wearing a mask or not having their whole lower-face within the mask. As someone who lives with a high-risk individual, this is not acceptable.
Not to overcrowded good selection of products at a reasonable price Friendly staff
