If your looking to give a good home to a rescued pet I wouldn't bother. To get past unhelpful staff who say they will do one thing and do another just isn't worth the effort. When I made a complaint they said and I quote " Our first concern is the welfare of the animals, customers are not are problem", they make the last part very clear. After waiting almost a week and following exactly their advise regarding buying 2 Guinea Pigs they sold our pets to someone else leaving my 10 year old son in tears. I certainly won't be going there again and feel strongly others should know how they treat customers.

Wide range of pet products at good prices and the staff are always friendly. Dog-friendly as well.

Returned a cat harness this morning to exchange for larger. Both male assistants were very polite and helpful. One had only been working there two weeks his customer service skills were excellent. Hope he continues to enjoy his position at Pet's at Home.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible! We've just gone into this store looking for a Hamster. We saw which one we wanted to bring home with us and proceeded to ask for assistance. Wish I hadn't bothered. We were met by nothing but moans and groans from Rob (we think) while looking at the time on his iPad. He then told us it was too late to get a Hamster! I'm sorry, is this some sort of joke?! So now, there is a Hamster without a home and a family without a Hamster. Too notch customer care there! The doors are open til 6 and you are paid until 6. Do your damn job!

Just went in to have a look around, noticed two tanks on separate bays were signed as "under treatment" due to them being on a bay filter system you would expect staff to know that the infection will be passed to all other tanks and should not be sold out of until all fish in that bay are healthy. Not at this store or any other pets at home stores that I have visited recently.
