Large selection of goods - staff polite and helpful - parking not bad, store looked alittle untidy but then customers do tend to rummage through stock…. Good selection offered in all departments- queues at the tills were quite lengthy but didn’t take too much time to get through -
Good selection of clothing and goodies. The escalator terrified me, being able to see through the different floors so grateful for the lift. Probably won't return.
Everything is easy to locate. Staff are helpful when you've seen something online and ask if they wouldn't mind pointing it out. The sizing of the clothes have improved too, I no longer have to purchase something three sizes up in order to fit in it. A lot of stuff now is true to size. The only fault is that there is never enough staff on the tills, causing queues. And if there is ever an issue, or someone is swapping something out or returning. Queues are at a stand still for ten minutes. All in all, Primark has improved over the years. Just needs a little more stock in sizes that are not 6, 8 and 10. Not everyone is this small!
Nice place to shop but was unable to get some items needed but generally good with great staff too
Lots of nice looking clothing and home items.nPrices unfortunately not as cheap as they used to be.nBe aware when buying the cheap t-shirts and the likes of £7 tracksuits as they are pretty much one washers then only good for the bin.nTracksuit bobbled on 2nd daynT-shirts shrink and go out of shapenObviously poor quality!
