Have a various collection of kids clothes .nWorking Only one entrance for the in and out. Ground floor has ladies section, it has large collection of various ladies wears.n1 st floor has kids clothes both girls and boys also babies. 2 nd floor has mens section and household equipments and gift collections. Every floor has separate cashiers for paying.nOne of best place in Stoke-on-Trent to buy clothes for reasonable prices.
Nice place to shop but was unable to get some items needed but generally good with great staff too
don’t want to sound like a karen but i’m completely valid for this. i wanted to buy some black tights and some underwear alongside with some other items aswell. i went to pay and the lady that served me was scanning my items looking at every single thing i was buying and she said “where are you going with these?” as she was holding my tights and underwear staring at me as if i was trying to dress in an inappropriate way. i thought that the comment was so unnecessary as what i’m buying is literally none of your business. i laughed it off as i thought it was just a joke and she didn’t even laugh back or say bye to me. extremely rude, even people who work in shops like victoria secret wouldn’t judge you on what you are buying. i don’t mind small talk or no talk at all when it comes to paying for items but comments like that are so rude. please sort your staff out! why do they think it’s okay to try and embarrass someone over some basic necessities which you need day to day. let people buy what they want without having to feel like they can’t because of an inappropriate comment. retail really isn’t the right type of job for you if you’re slating your own customers even if you’re having ‘a bad day’ it’s no excuse
Large selection of goods - staff polite and helpful - parking not bad, store looked alittle untidy but then customers do tend to rummage through stock…. Good selection offered in all departments- queues at the tills were quite lengthy but didn’t take too much time to get through -
