A large store with lots of choice I am moving home soon and wanted to purchase a new bed, headboard and mattress. The staff in store were most helpful and knowledgeable about all their stock. I asked if they would hold the bed until we had a moving date, they were happy to do so. I was given a suggested date to move, so, I arranged the delivery........nothing ever moves smoothly does it? The moving date has been pushed back for a week, I contacted in2bed to ask to change the delivery date, They made it so easy for me and said that it was no trouble Fantastic service and excellent customer care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Went to Dreams first looking for a mattress, had to wait 15 minutes even though no one was in there to get some help. All stuff was over priced. Choose a mattress in the end with little help. They could not deliver within 2 weeks so decided to look else where. Drove down the road and came across In2Beds. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, told him what I was looking for and my price range. He showed all available beds and had a great knowledge of his trade. Found the mattress I wanted we agreed on a price. He also advised it would probably be close to 2 weeks before it could be delivered. I explained to him I have no mattress currently and was keen to get it asap. He went the extra mile contacting the suppliers who make the mattress to order. He influenced them to get one made in the next couple of day and had it delivered before the week was out. Amazing service. Prices so much more reasonable than dreams for a mattress if anything that was superior to the one I was going to purchase from there. Top Service highly recommended.
Lots of choice and good prices. I only wanted one bed but I ended up buying a new spare bed too they did me a deal! So good I couldn't say no . I called them after a few weeks because I found my bed a little hard and they swapped it to a softer one! And took the other one back. Would recommend these guys. My husband wasn't to well on the delivery day so I asked the delivery driver to help me take it up the stairs which he did. Thank you. If anybody is after a soft bed I can personally recommend the Cadiz.
In 2 words absolutely appalling. If you want to save yourself time and hassle do not use this company. First delivery date set, didn’t turn up due to weather but didn’t call, then had to wait a further 6 weeks for delivery, to have a damaged bed base, the driver left the mattress leaning up a wall over the road whilst he moved the van, I called the shop told the manager what made happened, waiting again for another bed and was told the driver of the previous delivery doesn’t work for them anymore. The new bed didn’t turn up when arranged, when I called they didn’t know who had arranged the delivery, finally got a complete bed delivered and told I would received £50 for my trouble that was middle of March, made numerous calls keep been told it’s been sent. Nothing received!!
Absolutely over the moon with my new mattress. We weren't getting any sleep with the old one it was so uncomfortable so we purchased the Picasso from in2beds and it's lovely. There was loads to choose from and the staff were great and helped us make the best choice. Now sleep is bliss. Will definately recommend.
I have never in all my life been treated as bad as I have been treated by this shocking company. Waited 14 weeks for a bed to receive the wrong mattress which was filthy. Then to be told by 3 hilbillys who delivered the bed they were closed for refurbishment. No they have gone bump. Selling beds to people knowing they are going down the pan.Ignoring all calls not even an explanation.
Excellent service. Ordered a new double bed amd mattress. Sonia did us a great deal. Great to deal with too. Delivered in good time. Delivery drivers very friendly too.
We ordered and paid £836 for a bed from In2 beds in September and they stored it the house was ready. When it came to ringing them to say could they deliver the bed January 2017 they said they could not as they had "Lost it" ...... no sorry, quite dismissive, and we're not really bothered. Thy said they would have to make another one, and we would have to wait, no timeframe at all. They delivered a loaned metal bed, like a hospital bed and just dumped it in the box, they did not put it together and scratched all the wall of my brand new house. They never contacted us, it was we that had to keep ringing them, there was no refund fir all the stress caused. We had to keep ringing and ringing otherwise we would not have heard anything from them. Asked to speak to the manager and was refused, only when we said that we were going to go through the courts did we get a phone call to say the bed would be delivered !!!!! Yipee now have the bed, but they caused us so much stress !!
Do not use this shop, disgusting service.. told our bed would be 4-5 weeks but proberbly 3, 7 weeks later no bed and no mattress, numerous phone calls the bed turns up, you guessed it, no mattress.. so after more phone calls and us saying we want to cancel our order we were promised the matress 1 week later, you guessed it, no mattress... so after more phone calls were were promised it today, phoned up again and they said it arrived on a delivery but couldn't deliver until another 4 days, so I said I will cancel the full order... the when I threatened to cancel the order they said delivery will be 12.30 today. 2 hours late the Mattress arrived, and its ABSULTLY filthy..... DEMANDING A FULL REFUND
Please do not buy any furniture from this company it has taken nearly 4 months to deliver some bedroom furniture despite many telephone calls from myself and false promises from the company about contacting me. Even on the eventual promised delivery date and further promises of contacting before delivery no telephone call materised unsurprisingly.
