Egham is a small railway station with 2 platforms, there is a window and machine for ticket collection and a stand of bicycles to rent.
Mick, who was on duty today was kind and professional when dealing with a Passanger Assistance. A good Ambassador for the railway.
sign on toilets says open until 21.00. door was locked at 19.30. member of staff says “must be broken” no sign to indicate that, lame excuse - LAZY!

The staff at the station helped me quickly when I realised I had left my purse on the train and caught it before it even reached the end of the line. The level of professionalism was brilliant and I felt truly understood and helped when I was in distress, been commuting for a year to Egham and by far more helpful than some of the bigger stations I have needed help in.
