No accessible access to Southbound platform. Also no waiting room on that side, nor lift/ramp access, or cycle parking on cemetery side. Forecourt chaotic in rush hour. But fast regular service to London.

Massively expanded carpark. Always space. Fast trains to London at rush hour. Sometimes it is quicker to change at Woking when returning

Station and platforms tidy although ticket office closed on the day. Large car park right outside station makes for good pick up and drop off point.

Small station with large carpark, bikestands, limited facilities but great service to London.

Since the revamp of the car park and entrance area. Entering and leaving the premises is much more straight forward however at rush hour periods, it can get incredibly busy so avoid those times. The parking is roughly the same as it used to be from what I remember. The new multi storey car park solves a lot more problems, however it is still very busy in the car park.
