Lifts are fortunately provided here as well as a ticket office, toilets, seating and even an ATM outside. Could do with an expansion of the car park as it's usually full most of the time. Also, the exit to the Heights was locked despite it being half an hour after it was supposed to be opened. No waiting room is available on Platform 3 which also has a steep gap between the train and platform.

The closest car park is usually full by 9am on a weekday. Ticket staff are polite (if a little slow). Like most stations, toilet facilities could be better and open for longer in the evenings. Morning coffee is good, £2.05 for a small americano (plus the free 'stupid little biscuit'). Staff are very nice and friendly. Station is busy during peak hours. You're more likely than not to get a seat travelling into London. There is often a mad rush across platforms in the evenings to catch the connecting Addlestone train. Have missed it on countless occasions due to delayed trains. I've always managed to get a taxi especially after midnight when i've missed the Addlestone train.

Very traditional type of station. Main line to London Waterloo and Woking, with a Branch line that connects to another main line at Virginia Water. Expensive shop in ticket hall but good coffee shop on platform. Lifts to all platforms but sometimes out of order... 3 large car parks.

Good connecting train station if you want to go towards Waterloo or the otter direction e.g. Virginia waters or towards Brentford.
