I'm 15 and I get the train to college 3 times a week. The woman i bought the tickets from explained that even though I'm 15 I can no longer buy child tickets because "if I'm old enough to go to college I'm old enough to pay for an adult ticket" which makes no sense whatsoever and seeing as tho I'm legally allowed to buy a child ticket for another year. Also, you can now start college from the age of 14.

It's good that the platforms have been extended to 10 cars now but it could really do with more benches and/or seats.

It would be a good idea if you made sure both ticket machines were working before the weekend, seeing as there are no ticket staff working these days. An older customer with additional needs had to rely on myself paying his ticket to weybridge because the machine would only accept the correct amount of cash. The poor guy was distressed!
