I live here in Claygate with my wife and we love this quaint, lovely village.nThe railway station is outside of Zone 6 so we have to buy tickets and can't tap_out.nAlthough there isn't much to do, but the greenery, walking routes and people make up for everything.
Was nice and peaceful, I had 33 minutes to burn so I took time to explore the station and liked it.
8 a.m. and the box office still closes and I'll stop by again at 3 p.m. and it's already closed. Unbelievable!
Great small town still with small shops and cafes. Handy station. Pleasant open spaces for country walks
