Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds. Rooms as expected are quite small but very stylish and cosy. Bathroom facilities good quality. Great locationRooms: 5/5
This hotel is lovely. Great staff, breakfast to die for, rooms clean, bed so comfortable I didn't want to get up. I will definitely recommend it.Rooms: 4/5
I very much enjoyed my recent stay at the Dorset Square Hotel and can highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, always ready to warmly welcome you with a big smile. They’re like one big family. Attention to detail was another factor I very much appreciated. Comfort, care, and high quality products and service ore very much felt throughout the various touch-points. Tim and Kit - your ethos to hospitality are a gift and an inspiration. Thank you!
We had an absolutely superb experience at the Dorset Square Hotel. We hosted our wedding afternoon tea followed by a party at the potting shed. It was an absolute dream. Luca the hotel manager helped us with every step in organising the day and guiding us in the best way to have a perfect day. He was the absolute best honestly. This boutique hotel is just so beautiful with all its decor and ambiance. The afternoon tea was one of the best we ever had with all the beautiful tea cup and pots and all. We stayed there for two nights and they ensured that everything was perfect and we were pampered before the wedding. I felt bad for the hotel team as they really put all their efforts to support us especially on such a big day. Everyone was talking about how smooth it went and perfect food drinks the beautiful plates and tea pots etc.. if anyone is planning a small intimate wedding, I would recommend Dorset Square Hotel as they make it so special! Big thanks to Luca and the team for making it so special. Best wishes, Salwa and Adam
Our family of five stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff was super friendly, the food at the restaurant was delicious and the rooms were very clean! The hotel decor was top notch and the location was excellent! Will definitely stay here again if we travel back to London. Rooms: Extremely clean and spacious. Very well appointed. Decor was absolutely lovely! Nearby activities: Queen Mary's rose garden at Regent's Park was beautiful. Sherlock Holmes and Madame Tussauds museums are very close. Shopping at Marylebone and Oxford streets are a walkable distance. Great location! Safety: Seemed like a very safe area. Walkability: Close to subway and Regent's Park, Sherlock Holmes Museum, Wax Museum and shopping at Marylebone and Oxford Streets are very walkable. Food & drinks: Excellent service, food and drinks at The Potting Shed Restaurant! Noteworthy details: The interior decor was just lovely!
Stayed here for my sister's civil ceremony which was at the old marylebone town hall. Hotel staff were lovely and really friendly, the location was perfect - literally a minutes walk from the town hall. We ordered breakfast to our rooms and the service was first class. The room was nice and quiet. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again. NCP car park near the hotel so was convenient for all guests. Guests are also allowed to wait in the drawing room. Rooms: Big, spacious, clean Nearby activities: Madame Tussaud's Sherlock museum Regents park Food & drinks: Lots of food and drinks places around - the globe pub and wetherspoons Pizza express, heavenly dessert, Costa coffee to name a few Noteworthy details: The hotel doesn't have a lift but the staff were really helpful in taking our luggage up and also helped the makeup artist with her stuff
The stay was fine if you’re not planning to spend much time in the hotel, very nice location. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, after traveling three weeks in the UK and staying in 6 different hotels, this hotel was the least favorite and most expensive. Focus was not on hospitality but selling interior design so I wouldn’t recommend for everyone. Only hotel we stayed at without a kettle for tea or coffee, had to order via room service. No iron or luggage rack in room, have to ask the front desk. Also upon arrival instead of a regular door when entering reception, they used very small French doors as there is not much room. The doors were too small to get the luggage through easily, and though there is a normal sized door in the same entryway leading to the hallway connected to the reception, it was locked. Seemed like an odd choice for a hotel where most guests arrive with luggage. I’m guessing it helps limit a draft to the hallway. Definitely form over function rather than form follows functions.
Beautiful 4 star hotel. spacious and well cleaned rooms but I would have added more useful accessories for the customer. room service a little late but with super cuisine, even at the restaurant you eat well. the staff is very friendly and welcoming, but too bad for the prices too high
Comfortable hotel very close to Marylebone station. Rooms a little on the small side but excellent quality and very well maintained. Highly recommended and will come back.Rooms: 4/5
Absolutely brilliant hotel. Friendly and helpful staff ensured that our stay was thoroughly enjoyed. The townhouse design in very charming and the Kit Kemp interior compliments this perfectly.Rooms: 5/5
