Stayed here for 9 days due to work. room was decent with a large bathroom and good shower.the guy on reception was very friendly and could not do enough to help if you needed anything .always greeted with a smile.would definitely use again.
The hotel is located brilliant position, is very quiet and very clean. The staff are very professional and friendly. I feel satisfied. The staff also are very welcoming and have dignity. I suggest for other people.
Pictures speak louder than words! It is a beautiful hotel close to Baker street, the continental breakfast they offer includes a great variety of freshly prepared foods, you can meet a nice staff that always there to help you, the whole hotel itself creates a family-like environment.
Cozy hotel close to Baker street station, in London's best neighbourhood. Walking from the hotel to Oxford street takes 10-15 minutes. Professional staff. Breakfast can be improved to be honest, but it's still a good value for money.
