Very friendly lady greeted us on arrival, sadly I didn’t get her name. Early check in, rooms ok, windows could open, noise didn’t bother us. My daughter’s room had a nice view of Marylebone Station. Which was just across the road. Great location, had a walk to Regent’s Park and cafes shops restaurants and 2 underground stations nearby. I read some bad reviews but we just got home from there and I would happily stay there again.
Hotel definitely needs a bit of facelift but it was very clean. All staff we met were very pleasant. Joyce especially was so lovely and friendly. Very handy location next to station. Would stay again
This Travelodge is KNACKERED. The staff are absolutely lovely and would change the world for you if they could. However the hotel is a dump. The rooms are tiny, with a single bed against the wall!?! The a the bathroom was a toilet, shower and basin all in one - shower curtain was useless and everything in that room was getting wet!! The whole room had the over powering smell of cat wee and/or rot. I’d seriously consider staying pretty much anywhere else. Rooms: VERY small and in dire need of refurbishment/knocking down. Noteworthy details: Do not stay here unless there is NOWHERE else to go.
Good for an overnight stay. Can bit a bit noisy in the summer with the windows open, especially rooms with a window facing the street. Very close to Marylebone Station and a few good places nearby to get something to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shame they don't do breakfast other than in a box to go.Rooms: 4/5
Loved it! The rooms were simple, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Everything that is needed in a place to stay. I didn’t really hear the street noise and slept so well here. There are enough charge stations for laptop/phones. One could shower or bath if you desired which is not normally the case in London. Staff were super friendly, and great value for money compared with London central. Lovely stay thank you Rooms: Simple, but big enough for solo/couple travelers. Perfect value for money in all you need. Beds were quite comfortable. Walkability: Very close to Marleybone station
This is by far one of the worst if not the worst hotel I've stayed at. Their breakfast box to go is something that wouldn't even be served in prisons. Staff are fine, haven't had a negative experience with them. The WiFi is an absolute joke and waste of money considering it doesn't work at all. Their rooms are badly kept with a distinct lack of space. I wouldn't come here again and neither should you.
For a long time I called this place the murderlodge. Often put up here as it was close to the city. Place used to be really bad. Blood stains on the floor, holes in the doors. It was a generally terrifying place to stay. It has been cleaned and the walls painted. But the rooms are still tiny. If you are 6ft like me or taller, your feet will touch the walls. There is about six inches between the wall and the bed and a badly built cupboard to put clothes in. The toilet is great. You can wash your feet in the shower as you use it so that’s exciting. And the noise from the air con. Not the air con though n your room as it is hot as hell, but from the bank opposite oh and the fumes from down below. Less holes in the wall now but still the worst Travelodge ever
Subject: Feedback on Recent Stay Dear Travelodge Customer Service I recently stayed at Travelodge London Marylebone and would like to provide feedback on my experience. I paid approximately £140 per night with a significant advance booking. While I did not have exceptionally high expectations, I found this stay to be the most disappointing I have had at Travelodge. The room was uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning, and there was no provision of water or a hair dryer. We booked a family room, but it was too small to accommodate three people comfortably. Additionally, the shower experience was poor, with very low water pressure making it difficult to use. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences. Great location next to tube stop. Very basic rooms and my towels all smelt very bad, as though they had been stored badly. But it's a cheap hotel, it is what it is. Late check out as standard which I rate highly.Rooms: 4/5
Booked 2 double rooms , for family of 5 for 1 night. Travelled from Scotland going abroad for holiday. Reception staff were really good, however after checking out the Asian guy that was hoovering the foyer at the glass doors just stood watching us with 5 cases and 3 kids attempt to hold the doors open to exit. When I asked him, if he couldn't hold the door , he informed .me "No , it's not 5 star hotel" Very disappointed...very rude guy. I spent almost £400 for 1 night, don't think it was a big ask !!!
