Brilliant service. I advertised our car on Auto Trader and shortly after I received a call from CTC Motors who offered to buy it. After negotiating a price they paid a deposit to my bank account. I dealt with Kerry was really helpful, friendly and is a credit to the company. The car was collected a few days later at a convenient time and day for us. As the car was as described and as photographed there were no problems at all and the money was transferred via bank transfers there and then. Would definitely recommend.
Kerry was excellent to deal with. Lovely calm and helpfull manner and made the whole experience of selling my car so simple. Very happy with the price I got as well. Peter, who came to pick-up the car was also very good and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with CTC again and would highly recommend them. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Excellent, much over used except in my recent purchase. Rachael and the rest of the team have been, attentive, courteous, accommodating and most of all the customer care is excellent. It is the 1st time I have bought a car over the phone and internet and had it delivered to my door, Pete delivered the vehicle and could not have been more helpful, great guy and is an asset to the company.. Nick and the team are fantastic. They are honest, reliable and very easy to communicate with. If looking for a VW Van, no matter what your requirements, I highly recommend these guys. Nick is passionate about the vans and how they can be designed to best suit what you want. Need a VW van, look no further.
Kerry was the first who contacted me after putting the car for sale on Autotrader and she has been brilliant since that moment. The offer was good and during the whole process I was kept informed and reassured first time selling the car online. The driver collected the car at a time we agreed and in 10 minutes he checked the car was good and had the money in the bank account. I really reccommend CTC Motors if you want a reliable service and a good offer.
Only went for a look , a first class experience from start to finish when purchasing our first van. Rachael was very knowledgable and at no point gave us the “pushy” sales pitch. We received a fair price for trading in our car . I would definitely recommend buying a van from here you won’t be disappointed.
