Just sold my car to Frazer Chadwick on the recommendation of my local garage. Due to injury I am unable to drive, but they visited my home inspected my car and gave me a very fair price. Throughout, the negotiations were run on good old fashioned courtesy and customer service. I cannot praise them highly enough.
Just sold my C3 to Fraser, made the experience of selling the car seamless and smooth. There was no haggling once he saw the car and offered a fair price for it based on its condition. I thoroughly recommend whether buying or selling, you want get a better experience or reasonable offer with the larger companies of Chester and beyond, or the car selling sites.
Well what do I say?? Fantastic family business- a PROPER family run car dealership, who really do care about the customer. Gareth was the most polite car salesmen I have ever dealt with. Not pushy like most others, just let me look at my leisure and allowed me to take test drives in cars I was interested in. Everything went really smooth and quick with the sale. I must mention their aftercare is second to none- impeccable service - following A small teething issue following purchase Fraser Chadwick put it right without question- for which I am eternally greatful- they really do care about their customers and they want you to be happy- if you are looking for a new car in great condition with great backup from people who care about you as a customer then get yourself down to Fraser Chadwick - and no I am not a friend or relative- this is a true review from a Very Very satisfied purchaser. Thank you Fraser Chadwick from the bottom of my heart - I WILL BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!!!

Had the best experience at Fraser Chadwick Motors from start to finish. I visited their forecourt in Chester after having my eye on a car they had in stock I do have to say they have a lot of nice cars! And as a woman on my own I thought I'd be patronised or intimidated, I was very very wrong, it is a lovely family run business. I did have an issue with my car, but it could not have been identified by Fraser Chadwick Motors injector found to be a fault after the VW fix but Fraser gave me fantastic aftercare and nothing was too much bother, he went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

I purchased a landrover freelander 2 from Fraser last week , I found the company excellent to deal with . I traveled over from the Isle of Man and Fraser organised for me to be picked up from Chester train station.
