Had a fault with my Tiger 800, turned out to be a difficult repair, eventually having to return to factory for the final rectification, unfortunately picking up a scratch on the tank on return. However I must say Gareth and Ben delivered outstanding customer service throughout from start to finish. I also spoke with one of the Tecnicians during repairs who was also very knowledgeable and polite. Although I did not buy my bike from Bill Smiths, in my opinion, they went above and beyond in order to return my bike in perfect condition, I think a lot of dealers would of attempted to fob me off, but not these guys. Please pass on a big thanks to all involved in rectifying the warranty issues, loving the bike again and grateful for having such a trusted dealer On my doorstep “Well Done Bill Smiths” Best regards Glyn.

Purchased my bike from here, was a smooth transaction so cannot complain. They have me booked in for work under warranty. Couldn't fit me in for my first service last year so unfortunately went elsewhere.

At Papillion Motorcycle Training we need a quick and simple supply of new bikes every year for our Manchester site. It would be easy to order bikes from a dealership local to us but, in everything we do, we demand quality above all else. This is why we use Bill Smiths to supply our company.
