Lexus Chester

I have just bought a new Lexus NX300H SE from Lexus Chester. I was helped through the whole process by Jason Holt who was excellent, knowledgeable and fully answering all my questions and providing me with all the information I needed. The whole process was easy and more importantly a pleasant experience . A different planet to other dealers I have dealt with in the past.

Lexus Chester or the staff more accurately are amazing. I recently purchased an " approved used Lexus " and it was presented in a " just out of the factory condition " which I did not expect given at the end if the day it is a used car. Jason Holt went out of his way to organise it all to a very high standard and the changeover could not have been any different even if the car was new. Tom, Phil and his colleagues in the service department are always welcoming and super efficient even for demanding customers like myself. I visited Lexus Chester recently, and purely for an Air Bag recall. I contacted them immediately and spoke with Jane Winnard. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and I was booked in speedily. I was kept informed and reminded that I had an appointment. I didn't miss it. Upon arrival Louise was welcoming and took me across to Tom and his team. Everything was explained, it was dealt with immediately. I was driven across to the nearby shopping centre and was offered a suitable pick up. I chose to walk and arrived to again be welcomed by Louise, offered and provided a coffee and biscuit while Tom talked me through the work done. They spotted some tyre wear and this was not only helpful but will help keep me safe. An easy and useful day, where I was treated superbly from the point of contact until I got home. Excellent service again from Lexus Chester from the moment you walk through the door your made to feel like you've arrived at the next level in car dealerships . Audi , Mercedes , BMW please come and see how it should be done ( and yes I've owned them all ) . Fabulous dealership , excellent staff, nothing is ever too much trouble and all delivered in a friendly professional manner .

I purchased a car from Lexus in December 16, excellent Company, excellent service and love the cars. Had a service done yesterday, service is super, staff are superb cannot rate Lexus highly enough. Would never consider any other Car other than a Lexus. Keep up the superb work Lexus Chester
