Cheshire Oaks Honda

Extremely poor customer experience. Went with my father in law, who is due to replace his mobility car. Receptionist was friendly & professional. Upon entering the M.G. section of the showroom several sales staff sat/stood around doing nothing. All the cars where locked & we made a few attempts to look at the two types of SUV, to check out the interior & driving position, which was obvious to see. At no point where we approached or any offer of help received, nor greeted by any sales person, very poor. After about 10 minutes just walked off. Went next door to Hyundai, totally different experience. Cars open for viewing, friendly greeting from Receptionist & offers of assistance from sales team. I've bought loads of vehicles new & second hand over the past 30 years & hands down the experience recieved at M.G. Cheshire ranks amongst the worst.

We had a great honda CRV. Wanted to upgrade to a newer hybrid model, looked at the new models and decided to go ahead and get the latest hybrid, there was a preregistered car in the showroom,we decided to get that one, I spoke to Jed the salesperson and I was really happy with the service from Jed, everything went well and I picked up the new car 2 days later, I am more than happy with the new car fantastic service from everyone at Holgate Honda.

My daughter Eve bought her car at Cheshire Oaks Honda and she received excellent service from Robert and others throughout the whole buying process. I sat in the background just to advise if needed but she she was treated very well on all occasions. Fully recommended for customer service.

James was wonderful from start to finish. He made the process of buying our new car enjoyable and stress free. There was no pushy sales just very helpful and informative and he was happy to try and meet any requests that we had. Poor after sales service to the point of no returned phone calls or replies to email, even to email to the franchise director. Three attempts at a not very smart repair promised at point of sale. On last attempt, car returned very poorly presented - the paintwork over the whole car not just repair area was rough to the touch and took a full day by me to correct! On last visit I requested that they update the built in sat nav and although assured it had been done, I found today it’s still two years out of date so evidently had not been updated! Wouldn’t return even if they were the last Honda dealer in the country!

I highly recommend these dealers, I have attended this garage yearly since 2016, I have never found a fault with them, they are all very professional and friendly, and speak to me, the owner of my car, I have been to some garages and they speak to my husband, even when it been pointed out to them that im the owner of the car, they still speak to the male, I have NEVER found this at the Cheshire oaks garage, hence why I always attend here, I had a problem with my Honda civic, when I rang to book my car in I found them very friendly, and helpful, on the day Jenny Robinson dealt with me, she was so friendly, polite, and was super efficient. The car mechanics were super efficient and dealt with my car. Everyone works well as a team As I say I wouldn't go anywhere else

Excellent car dealer with sales staff that actually understand their cars. If you are in their area and looking for a Honda or an MG, I can highly recommend a visit. They always have a cup of coffee or tea waiting.
