A huge thank you to Matt Edwards for a brilliant buying experience!nnFrom start to finish, Matt was professional, friendly and caring. Having been let down by another Audi dealer, we were cautious when initially making enquiries, but we couldn’t have been more reassured. My email query was picked up promptly, accompanied by a video tour of the car. Less than a week later, we had bought and collected the car - the whole buying process couldn’t have been smoother. I took my car to Audi Cheshire Oaks for an MOT on 22nd February in pristine condition, only to pick it up and find a massive scratch on the Passenger Front door. The damage was not there when I dropped the car off, yet the dealership completely denied any responsibility. Their lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge the issue is extremely disappointing. I expected far better service and professionalism from an Audi dealership. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when leaving their vehicle here. I am seriously unhappy with this experience and will not be returning.
I had an apparent issue with the braking system so I booked my A3 in to Cheshire Oaks Audi for an investigation and rectification of any issues discovered. When checking in, I also asked if an investigation could be done regarding an unusual sound when the car is at slow speed which I had forgotten to mention, this was no problem for the member of staff I spoke to. I collected my car at the end of the day and spoke with Tom I seem to recall that was his name! who was very friendly and helpful in explaining what the team had done, which seemed very thorough and left no stone unturned. I also really appreciate the complimentary washing and hoovering of the car, I thought I’d accidentally picked up a new one!
The visit was great I came to view and pick up my new car, Ryan was brilliant he was very knowledgeable and patient with any questions that myself or my parents had. The manager there was also lovely she took time out of her day to come and speak to us to make sure everything was okay! All around great experience! Would highly recommend Cheshire Oaks Audi!
