Cheshire Oaks Audi were amazing from beginning to end. There was no nonsense (which is a bonus in my eyes) and they were just super easy to work with. I recommend Lee Evans as he was the gentleman who saw me through my purchase. Will definitely be back in the future for another car. Top quality customer service, top quality cars, top quality banter.

I’m very averse o buying cars as I have experience of very pushy, up selling and devious salesmen in the past. This experience was very different and David Mano was an easy going, non pushy salesman who knew the cars sell themselves! Even when it came to gap insurance and tyre insurance there was no pushing. It was offered once and that was it. The car didn’t quite have the list of jobs completed but I’ve only had it 1 day so just waiting for a bit of plastic to be replaced. Otherwise a brand new service, mot and tax and a very competitive price considering I was buying an A6 Avant. Overall I would recommend the salesman and the dealership.

After agreeing to purchase a A3 s-line and trading in old A3,which was also purchased from Audi Cheshire Oaks. Lowest price given on my old car, so I asked for privacy glass to be added to make up for low price. Mr Mano sales person straight answer "No". I have since found 3 prices of my vehicle in the glove compartment. THEY ALL HAD MY VEHICLE REGISTRATION on all three. *The lowest price one was £1.401 lower than what I paid. Initially discussed lease purchase on car. 2 free services were included. But next day I decided on my own finance,which was agreed with Mr Mano and I agreed to pick car up 3 days later. My car is now due for a service, so I rang to book car in and mentioned the 2 free services. Reception say these free services aren't loaded on screen, so she put me through to Mr Mano. Mr Mano says "The 2 free services only stood on lease purchase only.. At NO TIME was I told that these 2 free services were not applicable on my own finance. I have never had a lease purchase vehicle before.I questioned this in our phone call.. Mr Mano said, "HE would get his Manager to call me back...." WHY he never put his manager on the phone to me, as he said, "HE HAS JUST WALK'D PAST MY DESK"?? So once again like many other customers, who are complaing say, "They never do get that call back" POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.

I went in sceptical as I'd heard mixed reviews and I was greeted by a salesman by the name of David Mano. He was polite and courteous from the off, listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for including what I was prepared to pay. Nothing was to much trouble, the test drive was a proper drive with a full description of the car. David found the car I wanted and I was over the moon. When I upgrade I seriously hope to use David Mano again. He's a credit and huge asset to Cheshire oaks Audi .

A great place to work the staff are amazing group of people and very helpful and experienced if you are ever looking for a car I advise you to go to audi showrooms they will help you in any way and give you more information about what you are looking for
