My Porsche went in for a service, Porsche Chester did several other items of work at the same time, including new exhaust hangers/nuts and a suspension alignment. When I collected the car the exhaust was blowing, the car drove to the right in to oncoming traffic and was leaning to the front right, as in the front of the car was down by nearly 2cms compared to the left front. The car had a visible lean to it and was driving to the right when the steering wheel was pointed striaght. After returning the car and speaking with the head technician he told me they had fitted the wrong nuts/bolts to the the exhaust where the turbo bolts to the exhaust, (they were meant to replace these as part of the work), and now they are refusing to tell me what they broke/damaged on the suspension to cause the lean and the driving to the right. The car has been in for 9 weeks, I wanted the rear quarters repainting, and they told me their bodyshop is not capable of flattening paint work before it is painted, there comment in writing was any bumps or surface imperfections in the current paint will show through when they paint the panel. This was a full panel respray, not a smart repair, unbelievable really. The car could not have been test drove after the work was carried out, this can only be described as poor workmanship and neglect. The refused to sort the cars tracking, I have since taken the car to have it's alighmeal checked and it is way out. Given the poor workmanship I have no confidence in any of their work so I am having the car inspected independently. As if they can't manage to fit exhaust bolts correctly or align the wheels what confidence do I have in any of the work they were meant to do. This is my first Porsche, I wish I had of checked with local owners club members, as they were not surprised at all when I told them what had happened. UPDATE 23/03/18 I have since taken the car to have it's alignment checked and it is way out. Porsche Chester made mess of the cars tracking.

Treated amazingly well by service and hospitality. My 10 year old cayenne has a rattle and they have gone above and beyond helping me solve it economically.

The worst Porsche dealer in HISTORY looking for a PANAMERA and asked for a test drive the guy said if you gonna buy one we let you drive it i came on an A7 the guy was the sales manager martin bumping so the place is bad from the top apparently you drive it u buy it typical losers i don't know how Porche employ people like these
