Had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan the Sales advisor and Simon the business manager. Both were spot on explaining all products, benefits and extra security finance brings. Urgent battery replacement on my 991.2 GTS4 on a Saturday morning with no appointment - battery in stock - excellent service and handled superbly by Dan - Dan is certainly the man! My good feeling for Porsche Chester fully restored after some recent less than stellar dealings. Well done!
Had to get my car recovered to Porsche Chester after a really scary experience with my steering, my steering had become very heavy the previous week and i booked the car into Porsche Chester, however the problem then resolved but a week later the problem came back and not only was the steering heavy it was erratic pulling me in every direction, the car was plugged in by the recovery and a gateway module fault showed up. The car was then recovered to Porsche Chester but they are unable to find the fault at the moment. The service so far has been good and i am being keeping updated by Jamie Lee who is very polite and friendly, i am finding it very difficult without a car at the moment with getting to work as i live on Anglesey so hopefully the fault will soon show and be repaired.
I bought a Taycan from this dealer and found it to be the best car purchasing experience that I've ever had. I've had three Porsches from three different dealers and this was by far the most professional, courteous and enjoyable experience of all.nI dealt with James in Sales and Helen in Finance. Both were amazingly helpful in working out the best deal. James also sent me an incredibly detailed video of the car as I was buying remotely and Helen worked through a number of finance options with me so that I could choose the best deal.nWhen it came to collection day it was such a fantastic experience. Upon arrival I had to attend a Teams call with work and was set-up in an office, brought a lovely lunch and offered multiple snacks and drinks all afternoon. The handover was super special with gifts in the boot of the car, including a lovely hamper.nI cannot recommend the dealer enough and, in particular, James and Helen for making it such a positive experience. Thank you and I'll be back when the lease has ended on this fantastic car.
