Hotel is ideally located a short stroll from Harrogate town centre. Residents have use of underground car park at discounted tariff with lift access into hotel reception. Recently refurbished reception and lobby leading to quiet bar/lounge area. Rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious with comfortable beds and pillow menu. We took advantage of the executive lounge which provides complimentary wine, bottles of beer, soft drinks and various snacks. You can also use the lounge for breakfast which provides a continental option. I have stayed here on a couple of occasion and would most definitely recommend.

A great place to stay. A short walk from the town centre and station. Room was clean and tidy. TV had a good choice of channels though not new enough to connect my phone to it. Breakfast was self service and I took full advantage, several times. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the lift. It seemed that we were waiting too long for a lift during busy periods (breakfast times). Will definitely come back.

Such a great stay - once inside you feel like you're in a top class hotel - no disappointments. Staff very hospitable and friendly. Rooms 1st class Good food and presentation excellent. Cleanliness 2nd to none. Highly recommended.

Didn't stay the night but attended a function at the hotel. Very modern, clean reception area with good sized function rooms. Excellent facilities and reasonable parking area. Although over night guests get parking subsidised, be aware that general parking at the hotel is expensive so may want to look into alternative options.

Fantastic branch now it has been refurbished and changed into a Crown Plaza. Staff are excellently trained and very attentive with regards to customer service. Club bar is well maintained and selection of food could be improved to what was originally offered .
