I was impressed with my brief outpatient experience at the Cromwell Hospital. The reception staff were polite and attentive, the waiting area was clean, comfortable and quiet; the wifi is also free and very easy to access. I was called for my appointment at the exact time arranged and the consultant was calm and very professional.
What an experience. What wonderful service & care. Staff were so nice & helpful, nothing was too much. Super Clean Very very impressive. Also an amazing playroom for kids, my son felt like in a toy shop more than a hospital
I had my surgery with Dr Raza on 22 April 2024, at Cromwell Hospital. Despite the severity of my disease and the involvement of other organs, Dr Raza and his incredible multidisciplinary team have done excellent job! Dr Raza has golden hands! Thanks to their skill, I had a super quick recovery and I am back to my normal life as of today 2 May 2024. Dr Ah-fee Chan, was the best anaesthesiologist! She came to visit me before the surgery, and instilled so much confidence for surgery, and lifted my mood with her positive & sparkling personality. Thank you Dr! First night I stayed at HDU, and received the best care from Janine and Carla. Thank you girls, you were a great company for the first night/day after surgery. Overall, Cromwell Hospital has excellent facilities and very competent, caring staff at all levels. The food was also super amazing, thank you for the catering team, as it makes a difference! Thank you Cromwell hospital, and the whole team!
Great surgery experience The room was sparkling clean and the nurses checked on me every few hours. High quality food The pharmacist gave medicines to take away in my room, so we didnt have to waste any time standing in a queue They also called me post discharge to check if I was doing all right. The hospital also has a 24×7 calling number
I have been a patient at the Cromwell recently, and everything was absolutely spot on. From the initial reception I was taken to my room, where staff was constantly updating me. The consultant, physiotherapists and the anesthesiologist came to my room to explain and reassure me of the process. The nurses, the food were very good and overall, I was very happy with the whole experience. Recommended!
From the onset I would describe everything as 5*, Reception,to Host who took me to my room Sorry bad with names and showed me everything and made me very welcome. The Nursing Team My SA Sisters,The Somalian Young Lady and the Lady from Ivory Coast. The waitress,the lady who brought my socks and the Team that worked on my Procedure. Dr Chen and Team are Brilliant and worked their Magic. The Italian lady that administered anesthetic and camera you are a star. All the staff were truly professional and a credit to their chosen profession. The follow up by Dr Chen shows a man who truly cares. In a nutshell this operation is very much run like a 5* Hotel. My heartfelt thanks for everything
Modern hospital, clean rooms, lovely multi-cultural staff. Post-op ward support also quite efficient. Improvements required for food, menu is decent but dish quality is poor 1-2 meat pieces in the venison casserole. Also, billing seems improvised: payment details received 24h before admission with 48 hours to sort it out and no reply confirming the completed transaction; on the other hand, the consultant was more organised using Carebit system one week earlier.
Going from bad to worst. I feel bad for all the medical tourists who are taken for a ride. Cromwell medical practitioners are quick to recommend tests and scans for which I am confident they get a kickback, but these docs or Cromwell never follow up to communicate the results to the patients! This has now happened on several occasions and the doctors are not really interested in helping unless you want another consultation or scan!.
I attended the Cromwell Hospital Urgent Care Centre after a very painful scald from boiling water. The staff were very good from the moment I arrived right through to the end of treatment. Bigyan registered me on arrival and I was quickly seen by Nurse Rebecca and then treated by Dr Abbasi who explained what treatment he would perform, answering all my questions. I have no hesitation recommending the UCC and their lovely staff.
Miriam in the Pharmacy is absolutely brilliant. She is completely on top of the needs of patients and regularly kept me up to date with my specific medicine by calling me with updates. A true star.
