Not impressed at all with MSK clinic where I have been referred to since September 2022 - had several telephone appointments & seen only once for my extremely painful debilitating foot . Told to continue with pain medication & exercise which I have been taking / doing for 6 months now - was actually looking forward to today’s appointment for Steroid injection but yet again - appointment cancelled this a.m! Told by txt to rebook appointment only to be told by switchboard that they cannot rebook due to nobody being available to rebook appointments- what a shambles - Totally abysmal service.
Haven’t even been here yet and dreading is from the service and reviews. Called to make an appointment, the man on the phone was so rude and dismissive. Soonest appointment is 3.5 months away and the man didn’t even know the doctors same that it was with. Looking at other reviews I will be speaking to my dr to see if I can be seen elsewhere. 3.5 months with a broken food, NHS get it together
A nice clinic with a good range of services. The staff are friendly, depending on the nurse you might get a faster but rougher treatment. At the moment because of the coronavirus it's not busy. If you are a GP at hand patient, that is on the second floor and operated independently. The main reception just asks you to call them and go upstairs which is not the nicest of welcomes, hence 3 stars.

They randomly cancelled an appointment I had a week before I was meant to be seen. I had been waiting on this appointment for almost 4 months. Now have to wait another month for a new date in more pain. Do not trust this place.
This review applies to the Babylon GP At Hand clinic: First, the check in experience is not too pleasant - as you arrive, there is no waiting room. Instead, there is a piece of paper hanging on the window saying that, if you are a GP At Hand patient, you should call the reception at second floor at a provided number. Weird setup, not very welcoming; unclear what to do if, say, your phone is out of battery. Second, I had to make a 45 minute trip to get to this clinic as it was the only one available on short notice for some urgent tests. Unfortunately, due to train delays, I ran literally 5 minutes late. After arriving and figuring out the steps I had to take to get in touch with reception, I called the provided number. Upon checking who I was, the receptionist at the other line curtly told me that I would have to reschedule. No expression of sympathy or offer to help. I understand that I was late, but 5 minutes is a minor delay and no other clinic I have visited enforced their limits so stringently and coldly. The lack of effort for a pleasant patient experience is telling.
Very disappointing. I had an ultrasound booked and turned up 15 minutes early for the appointment. No-one was at reception for 15 minutes with many patients waiting and giving up, despite the 'back in 5 minutes' sign so I asked a member of staff walking past, who advised US department was on the first floor. Then, waited 15 mins by this department only to be told I should have gone to a different US department on the second floor. When arriving here I was told there is no possibility to fit me in now I have missed the appointment time and have to call a number again myself to rebook - who advised the earliest time is over a month away, despite the medical issue being investigated being potentially very serious. On being told to rebook there was another patient who turned up for her US appointment only to be told the same thing, as she too was waiting in another waiting area as no one was at the main reception to advise, which must have been for at least 40 minutes. Very frustrating to have to book an US, wait a month, organise time off work, only to be told to rebook despite turning up 15 minutes early.
Fabulous place delivering exceptional service. Accommodated our tardiness without so much as a sigh. Lovely use of strong colours too.
Zero stars. I’ve been trying to keep in touch with them because my scan done three weeks ago was never sent to my GP. The phone line that they have on their Google page doesn’t work, called back my GP who gave me a different number but nobody answers even though I called in the hours that they suppose to work. Horrible experience, not recommended at all.
