The staff do an excellent job hear, especially martialing the local kids who are not at the cinemas but trying to cause trouble with the patrons leaving.!!.. so .hats off to them I wouldnt have the patients to have to put up with that..furthermore they shouldn't have to police their own venue - that's why we have a police force!! So 5 stars just for the staff..0 for the managme for putting the staff in this dangerous position.. it's totally wrong .!
Great cinema but seeing its age a little, also its gone to card only so don't bring cash like I did!
Clean and tidy cinema. Perfect screen and sound. Staff really pleasant. The cost of drinks and snacks are really expensive though so I'd recommend you take your own with you.
We go to seniors and love it. Always a lovely welcome from staff and a clean and warm comfortable cinema.
Went tonight with my Hubby and Son watching Thor love and thunder! Booked online £9.99 per adult and £6.99 for a child.. also pre paid for a family combo too...only £14.99 bargain! Loved it definitely worth a watch xx
Watched violent night and it was fantastic. Added bonus of a couple a pints of Heineken @£3.75 a pint.
Worst cinema I've ever been to. Extremely rude staff, who try to rip you off, uncomfortable seats, terrible picture and sound quality. Avoid
Very good customer service. We visited last night and it was just the two of us in the screen. A very nice member of staff came over to us and asked if we would like the heating on because he saw I was still wearing my coat. It was a very kind offer and I felt very comfortable after I’d warmed up. Nice to see a business going above and beyond. Will be returning and would recommend to others because of the quality customer service.
Went to a Midday showing of the new Bond film. Staff pleasant and friendly. Cinema was quiet. Best time of day to go if you want a 'private viewing'
Great film staff were ok but they assumed you know what to do its cashless is it. try and work out the deals from the bags on the shelf. That said the ice cream was fabulous and we'll go again
