Appallingly run private mental health clinic. Corrupt and dishonest staff who get away with murder well almost! I have visited quite a few clinics in my life and this has to be the worst, -which is really saying something. Jobs for the boys perhaps. From high level management down the incompetence is frightening. Doctors not even checking with my GP what prescriptions I take. Frightening. God forbid you should send anyone there who is vulnerable Shut it down NOW!! Rabbit xx
The EMA Patient Transport team were at Cygnet Churchill, where one of their patients was using our secure mental health transport service. The staff were brilliant and what a wonderful facility.
Transfer to community services was terrible. Staff aggressive for no reason. Gave inaccurate synopsis of my stay there to community services.
Juniper Ward was fantastic. Very supportive staff and nurses. Excellent environment, facilities and food. Highly competent psychologists and psychiatrists. Well structured activities and occupational therapy.
Reasonable but not enough staff to handle disruptive patients. Smelly and nosy place. Unable to sleep peacefully due to noise
After speaking with family and next of kin following my brother mental health episode where my father was injured - and also being promised by the psychiatrist Dr liylus that a meeting would be held regarding his aftercare which we were welcomed to be involved in - they discharged my brother into an Air B and B, no next of kin informed. He then shows up at my father's house without any warning stating he was being chased by gangs etc. Clearly unwell and still slightly sedated!!! What an absolutely joke!!!
Excellent service from staff altogether including nurses,cleaners,support workers, OTs,.As for the doctors they are very professional .As for the food, it is second to none I have ever seen .I feel am in heaven on earth in a five star hotel.The only thing is the cold at this time in my room. Apart from this, I repeat this place is heaven on earth
Honestly my experience on juniper ward has been quite good. I am surrounded by Good people and have no majour complaints about my admission.
To Mulberry ward staff thank you for caring and supporting my relative during his journey through recovery.Much appreciated.
