Absolutely brilliant care from everyone - the nurses in both the ICU and the ward are fantastic! Kind, compassionate, always available 24/7 to make sure I was well, comfortable and looked after. The facilities are great, felt very comfortable under very uncomfortable circumstances, and that certainly helps with the recovery. My medical team led by Dr Bille has also been brilliant. I can't recommend them enough.
So grateful for all care I received. Every single moment is very special. Whenever I need assistance or in pain I would get immediate attention. Nurses and sisters working 24/7 to make patient recover ASAP. Best experience in my life even received at a hard period. My room is like 5 star hotel but with all medical care I could get. The bed is really comfortable and all systems works perfectly. I would get a painkiller when I need it, I would get attention when I ask. Thank you ! Highly recommended!
Could not fault my experience. The hospital is beautiful, the rooms the largest and best appointed you will find in London and the staff incredibly friendly. I had a surgery and didn't as much as see another patient in the time I was there which was what I wanted. It felt like the entire floor was there to look after me, and they certainly did.
Great service and experience. All the nurses and staff are very welcoming and nice. I came here to support a friend of mine undergoing surgery in the urology department under surgeon Mr Bultitude. The service has been superb all the way and Mr Bultitude and the surgery team were very caring and nice. The food is very good, and everyone here goes out of their way to make your experience the best possible, sure it's private and you pay for all of it, but after waiting almost two months for this same operation on NHS despite my friend being in a lot of pain constantly, it was not a priority on their lines; so private was the only option and we had to take this opportunity now. Mr Bultitude got all the arrangements going and made it possible to get the operation done in less than two weeks after seeing him for the first time. I'm very impressed with his fast work and efficiency. Thank you all for the great work!
I went for a follow-up appointment after a scan and the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. Made me feel at easy whilst waiting, and the appointment itself was quick but efficient. The consultant took time to explain my scans, and was open to answering my questions and providing details when I asked.
Great care and world class even though clowns are real
Job well done everyone, this includes Reception, Catering, Nursing and Administration.
They are an embarrassment to private healthcare. Totally unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend it.
