Extremely unhelpful. I called reception to ask a simple pricing question, I was first asked to wait an unpleasant amount of time, 4 minutes! On hold whilst I could hear the receptionist chatting in the background. I finally got through to politely give my query, a simple question about pricing range for white fillings. The reception said she repeatedly did not know as she was not a dentist, I explained that i'd called up 4 receptionists in the last ten minutes asking the same question and they'd all given me straight concise answers. Nor were they dentists! I even offered to call back later after she had checked for the info, she said I should book a paid for appointment, and ask myself once I was here. If the price wasn't good then what? Pay for the consultation anyway? Pay for the fillings anyway? No estimate could be given not £10 £200 or £500. I have lost all patience for this practice through one rude receptionist, obviously intent on doing absolutely nothing all day, save chatting to passers by. Answer my question i'd be happy to withdraw my review. what is the price RANGE for white fillings?! there must be a framework? A range from cheapest to most expensive? Honestly felt like I was banging my head against a wall, I never leave reviews but incompetence like this is must not go unaddressed.

I took my 90th mother to this dentist and the receptionist was very helpful and kind. Every time I have phoned she has been polite and given me good advice. My mother was very nervous, but the dentist made her feel very relaxed with his kind manner. Thank you
