I had a very positive experience at Guy’s Hospital, especially with the amazing staff and dentists on the 23rd floor. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and very supportive. The dentists showed great care and attention, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The staff on the floor were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I would highly recommend the team on the 23rd floor to anyone in need of excellent dental care.nnGod bless you all.
I had an excellent experience with the ENT clinic at Guy’s Hospital. After a long wait, I finally had a face-to-face appointment with Dr Skilbeck. He and his team were extremely professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly.nMy surgery was successful, and I recently had my follow-up appointment …I’m very pleased to say that everything is going well. I’m truly grateful to Dr Skilbeck and the entire team for their care, professionalism, and dedication to their patients. Thank you all for the wonderful work you do.
I recently visited the dental unit to have three infected teeth removed, and I can’t thank the team enough for the care I received. I’ve always had a huge fear of the dentist, but from the moment I arrived the staff were incredibly patient, supportive, and understanding.nnThey took the time to reassure me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible throughout the whole procedure. Their kindness and professionalism turned what I thought would be a terrifying experience into something manageable, and I left feeling genuinely cared for.nnI’m so grateful to the entire dental team for their compassion and skill they went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety.
My son came in for an operation here, he was posted to Esther Ward on the Bermondsey wing following his procedure.nIt cannot be denied... If a fraction of the hospitals in this country showed the care, compassion and just willingness to help as the ladies on this ward have to my boy and his family, the world would be a better place.nAbsolutely exemplary caregiving.nI'd like to thank every one of them individually if they were all here on shift but they work tirelessly to ensure this place runs as smoothly as possible.nSmiling faces, fantastic attitudes and first class medical care.nWell done Guy's Hospital, this team up on Esther Ward are second to none and I'd like to congratulate the management and training programme staff for their influence.nThis treatment is a cut above the rest.n
I was discharged from a ward at Guys Hospital without the correct medication. After a long backwards and forwards the following day of trying to sort it out, I came across Hannah from the ENT department. From the moment I explained what I needed help with Hannah calmly and very helpfully stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved. It’s hard to describe how very appreciative I am of the help Hannah gave me. It was a highly emotional time and I was exhausted. Hannah was wonderfully kind and gentle and exactly the person I needed at that time. Thank you Hannah, you’re an absolute star
