I had an incredible experience with all the staff. The lady at reception helped me get treatment almost immediately because I had an infection in one of my molars. The dentists are highly trained students who are always supervised by a qualified dentist.nnThey explained my entire treatment to me, and they were especially helpful because I don't like needles, particularly in my mouth. They reassured me, helped me stay calm, and by the end we were all laughing.nnI’m so grateful to them and especially to the lady who helped me the most.
Guy’s Hospital is clean, well-organized, and has a calm atmosphere that makes the visit more comfortable. The place feels professional, staff are respectful, and everything is clearly signposted, which makes it easy to find where you need to go. A reassuring experience overall.
I had a very positive experience at Guy’s Hospital, especially with the amazing staff and dentists on the 23rd floor. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and very supportive. The dentists showed great care and attention, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The staff on the floor were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I would highly recommend the team on the 23rd floor to anyone in need of excellent dental care.nnGod bless you all.
Extremely disappointing experience with the ENT reception at Guy’s Hospital.nnToday, 9 July 2026 at around 9:40am, I called simply to confirm when my rescheduled appointment had been moved to, as I had received no text confirmation and could not remember whether it was today or tomorrow.nnThe receptionist answered through a diverted mobile line rather than from reception, was immediately agitated and aggressive, accused me of not listening within the first minute, and refused to help me. I had called the exact number provided in my official NHS appointment message.nnAs a result, I was left without basic information about my own appointment and may now miss it through no fault of my own.nnCompletely unacceptable way to speak to and deal with a patient.
After a cycling accident, I went to this hospital because of severe pain in my thumb. As I couldn't write, the reception staff kindly helped me fill in the paperwork and update my address.nnWithin 2.5 hours, I had been seen twice and had an X-ray. The staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient throughout.nnI was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent care I received in the Emergency Unit
