Such a shame but this GP is really let down by the reception staff, who are always so unhelpful and rude. It's like you are bothering them and they aren't being paid to fulfil the job of a receptionist. Incredibly unprofessional.

This is the WORST place ever. If you are willing to send yourself to an early grave. This is the right place to go to. ; (just being really honest) Before they come see you. It will be an hour or so after your appointment time & if you are 5mins late, they don’t even have sympathy to see you. They say call at 8:00 for emergency appointment. You call up. & believe me when I say this, they will never answer the phone till 2 hours later, after the emergency timing has gone past. I regret moving to this place so much. I have been with them for 8 years now & I must say. This has to be the worst practice in Bermondsey. I would recommend pls do not go here. You will regret it in the future. Ask anyone

Doctor didn't turn up at the appointment given by them, you're then bounced to the other decima Street surgery where had to wait for another hour. Considering this, reception staff is very helpful but shame to the professionalism of the Dr. B Locum for not informing their team they won't turn up for their appointment!

It is basically impossible to get an appointment within a month. They advise you to call in the morning at 8am to get an appointment for the same day, but even trying calling every 10 seconds, you can only reach them after 15 minutes, and inevitably they tell you that they do not have any more appointment for the same day, and that the first available appointment is in more than a month. I always have to rely on a walk in clinic.

The doctor does not even have time for patients. They book appointments once a month. They don't have time for emergency patients.
