I was taken to the room just a few minutes from my arrival. The room was excellent and very clean. The nursing staff was very polite and answered all my questions after undergoing through all the steps that I would have to go through in order to have my procedure done. Both the Consultant and the Anaesthetist came to see me prior to going into the Theatre. They again went through the procedure in detail and explained what to expect and the outcome. Everything went according to plan and I was back in my room in just under 2 hours. I was then served a excellent lunch consisting of soup, salad and sandwiches. I was allowed to rest and after 2 hours the nurse checked my vitals and shortly after I was discharged after the nurse provided me with a full set of instructions of what to expect and how to proceed if I had any pain or needed to ask questions of any kind if I felt in need. The discharge was done in the room with no need to talk to any other hospital staff. Overall one of the best Hospital experiences I had in my life. Thanks to all the staff involved in my care.
I had a colonoscopy with sedation today and I experienced no discomfort at all during the procedure! I didn’t need to be scared. The entire nursing and medical staff were extremely professional, caring, friendly and respectful. I felt very looked after and couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly! I do recommend you take full advantage of the hospital food menu after the procedure as you will need plenty of calories to get your energy back after fasting for so long. I thought a sandwich would suffice, but I ended up fainting when I left the hospital. I had a coke and burger nearby and was fine shortly after.
The care staff here are total professionals. From start to finish they look after all your needs. For day patients they get you in and out with minimal of fuss. Rooms are spotless and the hospitals location is great. The hospital could do with a few small improvements that would make the stay more comfortable, notably the Wifi connection continues to drop and you need to accept the terms & conditions every 30 minutes. I had two access points in the room so I doubt was a signal issue. With the TV entertainment system only a few channels worked - I’ve been here a few times with my partner for day cases and they have ordered a vegan meal, each time it wasn’t vegan. sandwiches came with cheese and the salad came embedded with feta which is disappointing as they been nil-by-mouth for over 8 hours. This hospital still gets 5 stars down to the nurses and treatment care.
A wonderful hospital. All the staff were friendly. I was in Room 407 with amazing river views. I highly recommend the HCA London Bridge Hospital.
Great staff, all of my nurses were incredibly lovely and attentive. The doctors are top notch. The rooms are great. I mean, I don’t want to come back, but when I inevitably have to I would happily choose here again.
Excellent care, cleanliness was at the forefront and I felt in safe caring hands for the whole of my stay. I cannot fault it in anyway, from the moment you walk in to the food and rooms to all of the staff. I was well looked after and able to recover quicker because of this.
Overall, the experience was very good. A few minor points of note that I have fed back, the biggest was that I felt the discharge process felt a little rushed and rather opposite to the welcoming procedure. Thus 4, and not 5 stars. All the staff were friendly and professional and overall I would recommend.
I recently was admitted to the endoscopy department of LBH. I would strongly wish and desire all hospital experiences were so light, amazing, and professional. All the personnel beginning with the admission reception, concierge, nurses, department assistants and most importantly the main consultant and the procedure team were simply fantastic. The entire experience was stress-free, smooth, much less uncomfortable or unpleasant than one might worry it would be. And this is all thanks to extremely professional team at every step of the stay with the hospital and department. Thank you so much!
London Bridge Hospital stands out for its exceptional staff and patient care facilities. I recently underwent a successful cheilectomy surgery there, and despite it being a day case, I was able to rest in a spacious private room. The hospital offered a diverse menu, and I received care from friendly and professional staff throughout my stay.
This was my first hospital operation undergone in the UK. From the beginning to end, the staff kept me informed and they were all so kind to me. You felt their warmth and confidence which instantly puts you at ease. The hospital itself has really nice rooms to rest in after the operation. And super clean! Honestly, I cannot fault the operation and stay in any way. Thank you to all the staff and my consultant Mr Ypsilantis for such a great experience.
