I have purchased one car already this year and in the process of the purchasing the 2nd at the moment- so I guess that says a lot.  On both occasions I have been served by Joshua who I’ve found to be very polite, friendly and helpful. The prices are pretty keen even comparing to private sales on auto trader, so I have never felt the need to try and haggle down the price (and besides what other retailers on the high street do you ‘make an offer’ to - try that at a supermarket).
