I have received excellent physiotherapy at Chase Farm more than once. Recently following a shoulder injury. I have now been discharged and am so grateful for the care and encouragement from the wonderful physiotherapist who looked after me. Thankyou to the lovely lady, also the welcoming receptionists.

I was having the physio sessions in this hospital 2 years ago and it was really helpful. Concerning the not of Mattias Persson about Soviet service - during USSR you never had to wait the hours for doctor appointment. You called and get the time and was seen precisely in your booked time. The same with the specialists - you could book directly and be seen the date you booked without waiting for GP referral for weeks and an appointment for months after.

Make sure you bring food, drink and sleeping bags for your visit. You will be forwarded through different departments, doctors or nurses with an average waiting time of 1 hour per queue. Proper sovjet-style service.

Went with a client for her doctors appointment with an optometrist. The clinic was quite busy and her appt was at 10.45. We went early to ensure that she was seen quicker and ended up being seen at 1230. Waited at least 1.5 hours to be seen by the doctor and were the second last out of the lot to be seen. Many people who had come after us were seen much earlier. The system just did not seem to work for us. It was a tiring wait for my client. Not looking forward to future appointments.

Went in for a hysteroscopy was worried as stupid me had googled and the reports terrified me Listen up ladies do not be fooled..Dr Shah was amazing and 2, nurses Liz and Claire really put me at my ease. It's like a smear just a couple of stomach cramps out of 10 I would rate it 3 out of 10 for pain maybe even 2. Thank you for giving me a cup of tea and a biscuit afterwards . amazing service I would go back and have it again should I need to. Chase farm 5 stars from me.
