I burned my hand on a hot pan handle and visited the A&E in Feb 2018. I was in a lot of pain and very upset. Staff were kind to me and I was assessed quickly and sent for treatment promptly. They gave clear advice and I’m grateful for their care and kindness. Some years ago I also had an operation here and, once again, staff were kind and professional. The only downside is the car park is too small. But the staff were great, one of the porters even went out of his way twice to help us navigate the building works and find the departments we needed.

We would just like to say a massive thank you to every single one of the staff in maternity.  From MAFU up until labour and discharge from Samson ward. I have never experienced care like it in my life. I was looked after at all times especially being high risk and my delivery was unbelievable. Every single midwife at harlow is a blessing. Absolutely amazing.

Amazing help by the Children’s A&E staff, and all the other staff members we saw after. Everyone was very attentive and made sure my daughter was comfortable and well looked after. I couldn’t fault anything. Thank you.

All hot drinks machines have been taken away and all food vending machines taken away. My mum and the lady opposite waited 2 and a half hours for pain killers. They kept my mum in overnight, they had no pillows so she slept with no pillow. Had one thin blanket and when asked for another they said they did not have any. Dr's and Nurses are really friendly but you can see the NHS cuts have taken a massive toll on the hospital

I went yesterday evening at the Labour Ward unit and the staff there were very helpful...Big thank you to Charlotte and Samantha for being there all the time and providing us a nice experience and hopefully will be the same when I'll be in labour!
