Recently visited a&e with my daughter who has special needs, after she injured herself at school I was so worried how she would cope in hospital, but I need not have been all the staff in every department we're amazing, especially Anne and Clare in minor injuries, the xray team and also Aaron and Brooke in fractures. We were in and out within 2 hours and I'm so grateful for all the staffs understanding speed and professionalism.
Dad had a great experience through A&E at Princess Alexandra. He had all the right diagnostics and IV antibiotics and was admitted to a ward in under 4 hours. Staff in both A&E and the ward were efficient, polite and professional. A hugely unexpected and positive experience after many terrible ones elsewhere. Thank you
Recently had a Hernia repair operation. All the staff at Netteswell were amazing; professional and caring. I had a six month wait which I thought was fine as they would have operated sooner if the Hernia got complicated. Excellent Hospital, thank you.
I wish I had taken names of staff to thank them individually for their kindness and care for my son who was poorly with a concussion and treated in the high dependency unit and a&e last night. He received such excellent care and the staff were all without exception just wonderful, especially his dr on HDU and a nurse in charge on A&E. Many thanks for the wonderful job you all do. Had an endoscopy and hysteroscopy here and the doctors were fantastic. I had no pain or discomfort at all as I had the perfect amount of anaesthetic. Also had no side effects from the procedures. I will not go to any other hospital. The nurses are lovely too and understanding especially those on Nightingale ward and the day surgery/procedure unit.nHospital parking is so much easier now as you pay when you leave.
