I have absolutely no criticism of this practice. All the staff are polite and helpful and I have never had an issue regarding appointments and have always been able to get an appointment when needed. The doctors are empathetic and very professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Maples. I find it sad to read some of the reviews.

Finally get through to reception and im Told to go online to find what im looking for. Then call back in the morning for an appoinment. From experience i know i will not get through at 8 am and if i do finally get through all the appoinments will have gone. I find the doctors at this surgery are very good but getting through to one is a mission. I have gone on to the website and i am not surprised that i couldnt find the form that i need.

If you need to see a Doctor don't bother joining this practice. Unless it's a Life Threatening Medical Emergency in which case you would probably ring 999 you will never get past the receptionist just get told to ring back tomorrow. Apparently they think they are more qualified than a Doctor to access your medical condition. That's if you lucky enough to get through. I was actually sitting in the waiting room a couple of years ago the phone rang and the receptionist told the caller they had come through on the emergency line and told them to call back . Ten seconds after putting the phone down it rang again (same caller) (same receptionist) Absolute joke of a Doctors surgery. Oh and by the way they don't do appointments.

the worst doctors surgery ever, impossible to get a hold of. Useless staff was severely sick and someone said that they would call me back and no one did. Pathetic excuse for a GP. Will be moving as soon as possible. Also the ladies at the desk extremely rude.
