Very slow service. I went to blood test department 3 times and each time I had to wait 3 hours. This is a joke... like we dont have nothing earls to do! And the Antenatal department was not any better. They let me wait till the end and when everyone left they said there is no one here to book your next appointment. Instead of offering me "we give you a ring to schedule your next appointment" they said you need to come in again to book your appointment. In many occasions they send me for scan to Lister Hospital and asked me to come back straight after my scan to see consultant in WGC. When I was late they had a go at me... of why I am late????? What do they think we have a flying yet to travel around for free and be back at there requested time. When I told them what I thought about there service. They suggested I change and see different hospital.... They where so rude... instead of trying to resolve problem they preferred to ignore the fact and send me away with the hope would not bring this up. I am very disappointed with this hospital. I would not recommend to anyone and if I had a choice I would not go there again.

I’ve been going here for several years for treatment. +It’s easy to park. +The cafe serves decent tea. +It’s clean light and spacious. +Staff often appear very busy and occasionally frazzled but have always been helpful. -Still no miraculous cure.

Waste of my time got treated like I was just trying to get attention or something. The triage nurse made it quite clear that I wasn’t seeing anyone for at least 5 hours. What a joke place.

Never been to an Urgent Care centre before so didn't know what the process was. Went to the desk and we asked to make an appointment The receptionist said "No you can't make an appointment, you have to wait like everyone else" . Was very taken aback by this aggressive tone and I said sorry, that is what we meant. I don't understand the rudeness when there was no line and we clearly looked a bit lost as we've never been to an urgent care centre before. If it wasn't urgent, would definitely go elsewhere.

Ideal Walk-In Medical Centre; No Doctor after Midnight, best call 111 for advice. Ideally before midnight you will see a doctor. The local council turns off the streetlights in the surrounding area so is not helpful, advisable to drive or if walking, walk with a companion. There is some on-street parking inbetween yellow lines in Ascots Lane (side of hospital) as you approach from howlands (left at mini roundabout). May need a torch or phone light to find public footpath if arriving in the dark. Lovely smaller hospital, pleasant environment, modern and comfortable.
