Like to say a big thank you to the receptionist who saw my mum struggling to walk and got her a wheelchair. Very kind and thoughtful and helped out a lot. Hugely appreciated.
Gayle is an excellent nurse—compassionate, skilled, and attentive. She went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and was especially gentle when removing the cactus needle from my finger.
I had an excellent experience with Nurse Jane. I had an awful infection in my foot, but she took complete care of me, explaining the issue, answering any questions I had happily and making me feel comfortable during my visits. Thank you Jane for the lovely experience!
I have always had good service from this hospital before, but today when attending for a blood test I was met with a rude and very unhelpful receptionist. I am sure there must be a course the NHS could send receptionists on for customer service - unfortunately it seems a common theme for Doctors receptionists to act like this.
I received outstanding care from Nurse Sarah, an exceptional nurse and an asset to the service. She is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly professional. Her wound care was top notch with meticulous attention to detail.nI can’t commend the service highly enough!
